QHSE COORDINATOR
Scope of Works :
* Responsible to ensure all project activities is executed safely and in full compliance with the project HSE Plan
* Prepare report of any Safety Performance including safety lesson learnt.
* Ensure that the work is performed to produce deliverables in a professional and high quality manner and in complete accordance with company’s and acceptable industrial Codes and Standards for Construction.
* Development and implementation of a project quality assurance plan, preparation of an audit program, and the implementation and maintenance of audit record.
* Must possess the qualities of character to notify project management of problem that are known to exist and may by re-occurring, and even to stop the work if necessary in order to take corrective action.
* Working platforms comply with the various statutory regulation relevant cod, standard & specification and any local authority requirement
Qualifications :
* At least a Bachelor of K3 or Occupational Safety and Health.
* At least 8 years of Oil & Gas facility experiences as QHSE.
* Must have knowledge of applicable industrial HSE practices and regulations, and the ability to learn, implement and apply the company’s HSE standards and Practices.
* Must have knowledge of the latest applicable industrial practices, Codes and applicable regulation and ability to learn and apply company Quality Best Practices.
* Having a good Knowledge in ISO System.
* Must have received formal training in construction safety management and must possess a valid certificate from recognized authority attesting to his safety training and qualifications.
*Must have good planning and organizational abilities
*High analytical skill
* Able to work independently as well as a team
*Able to speak & write in English
* Computer literate
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Applicant must be willing at Papua – Irian Jaya & Jakarta.
* Able to join immediately
